The first step in working with you as a candidate is a short phone conversation where we have a short look at your interests, skills, and motivation. During this first phone contact, we give you a short overview of the vacancy and we’ll make an appointment to come to our office. During this conversation at our office we’ll also have a closer look at your expectations and your ambitions, and you will get much more background information from the company and the vacancy from us. Depending on the vacancy, a meeting at our office takes between 1 – 2 hours.
