Apart from that, Bart Bernaerts and Annick Engelen recently graduated with a post-graduate degree in Recruitment, Search and Selection. This is a one year graduate program which was developed by Thomas Moore and the university of KU Leuven. Bart Bernaerts, managing partner at Azuro, received the highest distinction in this graduate program.
